  1. I added information during my trial period that I want to keep after I buy Jewelry Insight.  Do I have to reload my information?
    You will not have to reload information after you buy Jewelry Insight.  Just pick up where you left off!

  2. Where is my Jewelry Insight Registration Number?
    Open Jewelry Insight. The registration number is located in the lower left corner of the first screen.

  3. I get an error 53, error 3343 or error 3049 when trying to open Jewelry Insight:

Runtime error 53. File not Found.

or

Unrecognized database format <filename>.
    (error 3343)
        Can't open database.  It may not be a database
    that my application recognizes, or the file may be corrupt. (error 3049)
        The specified file name is not a Microsoft Jet
    database.

    Jewelry Insight uses a Microsoft Access database. To resolve this error, install the MS Access runtime.  The MS Access runtime version is included as part of the installation, however, it appears that the runtime may not be installed during the normal installation process if your PC has a previous version of Access installed. Refer to the Installation Guide Appendix for steps to install the MS Access runtime.
